Toby Peters is an expert in sustainable whole-system cooling, cold-chain solutions, and pathways to emerging market transformation. Co-director of the Centre for Sustainable Cooling at Birmingham University, Toby also leads multi-national projects to develop sustainable cold-chain centers in South Asia and Africa as well as global program to develop sustainable temperature-controlled supply-chains for COVID-19 vaccine distribution. He is an award-winning technology developer and industrial academic with more than 14 years of experience in energy storage and systems and is one of the inventors of Liquid Air Energy Storage.
