Solutions

FROZEN TRUCK KIT BIOFRESHTECH
The thermal accumulator containing ultra-freezing liquids is installed longitudinally along the interior ceiling of the truck's loading space. Once loaded and (activated by conventional gases, the accumulator reaches a temperature of -45ºC.

The necessary flow of cold air is transferred to the loading space guided by the instructions of the probes to ensure that the temperature always remains stable in the range of -20ºC.

KIT VAN’S BIOFRESHTECH
The BiofreshTech Vans Kit is based on BiofreshTech' s patented autonomous air-conditioning technology.

Patent 1: refers to a thermal accumulator, a container with liquids that are harmless and suitable for human use and has the capacity to store thermal energy at very low or very high temperatures, depending on the use of the vehicle, for several days.

Patent 2: is based on an efficient heat-transfer system, which allows continuous thermal control of the -conditioned space.

LAST MILE BOX BIOFRESHTECH
The Innovations in Autonomous Air Conditioning developed and patented by BiofreshTech, are a technical application in small format food and pharmaceutical distribution boxes designed for motorbikes, electric tricycles, or any type of small format electric vehicles. This solution is ideal for business to business (B2B) or business to client (B2C) distribution in urban areas with restricted access.

The box can be used for the distribution of products that require temperature conditions from +60ºC down to -20ºC.

PHARMA BIO CUBE BIOFRESHTECH
BiofreshTech has developed and patented two innovations in the field of autonomous climatization with thermal control.

The first innovation is Thermal accumulation using liquids that are harmless and suitable for human use capable of maintaining thermal temperatures for several days at both low (down to -45ºC) and high (up to 110 ºC) temperatures ranges.

The second innovation refers to a heat transfer system that allows the desired temperature to be strictly always maintained in the room or space to be air-conditioned.

SUPERMARKET FRIDGES KIT BIOFRESHTECH
This product is based on a container with a coolant, which, when activated from a conventional primary cold load, performs the phase change at -45ºC for frozen applications and at -18ºC for the refrigeration needs. Through a conventional system of cold-diffusion, the system transfers the necessary flow so that both freezers and refrigerators maintain their respective set temperatures, -20ºC for frozen applications, and 0ºC for refrigeration needs.
