The Remote HVAC Service Solution consists of an intuitive, cloud based application combined with an edge device—the CloudBox, which easily plugs into any commercially installed Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRF/VRV) system.
The solution is plug and play, automatically detects connected HVAC systems and units, and once linked to the cloud, continuously collects all brand specific system parameters. This data is analyzed using big data cloud technologies and presented through an easy to use, browser based user interface.
