ECOMax-HE Automatic Tube Cleaning System
ECOMax-HE Automatic Tube Cleaning System is an effective solution to keep shell and tube heat exchangers clean. The solution uses sponge balls that are pumped simultaneously into a heat exchanger tube sheet, enabling them to pass through the tubes and clean the fouling and scales of deposits. This online cleaning process eliminates the need to stop the process for purposes of cleaning the condensers/heat exchanger tubes.
ECOMax-CT Electrolytic Cooling Tower Water Treatment System
ECOMax-CT® is a chemical free treatment system for treating cooling tower circulation water. It works on the principle of electrolysis of water. The system is installed near the cooling tower & cooling tower sump water is treated in ECOMax-CT® Electrolytic Reactor. ECOMax-CT® works in the side stream by taking partial (typically less than 5% of the circulation of water flow rate), without disturbing the main cooling water flow.
