FREECOLD

The SolarCold4MilkChain project is specially designed for small milk producers. It is 100% solar mini milk tank for refrigerating and storing milk. This "2 milkings" 50-liter milk tank cools down the volume of one milking to a temperature of 4°C in 2 hours with an outside temperature of 30°C. The insulated double-walled tank incorporates the gel of the patented Freecold Ecotainer to ensure without batteries, cooling of the evening milking and the quality of the cold during the night.

The Sun4Coldstorage project by Freecold consists in solar-refrigerated warehouses, in new construction or fitting out of existing warehouses, located near agricultural and farming areas or near cities. They include:

- a large capacity cold room

- propane refrigeration units

- a solar plant and a power conversion

- batteries to power auxiliary loads (compressors' start-up, circulation of coolant, valves and fans)

- a cold storage by water-based PCM

- a control system

- a remote monitoring.
