Heat Inverse makes thin films that passively cool refrigerated trailers, significantly reducing fuel costs for refrigeration in transit. With a simple application of our thin films just to the tops of refrigerated truck trailers, we provide 5kW of cooling power which translates into $2600/year in fuel savings, not including savings on maintenance and replacement costs due to the decrease in load on the existing systems.

Passive Cooling Thin Films
Heat Inverse thin-films passively cool applications that lose efficiency when heated with no power consumed, no moving parts, and no waste heat generated. With a simple application of our thin-films just to the tops of a 40 foot battery energy storage container, for example, we provide 3.5 kW of passive cooling power, reducing both capital and operational expenses, including maintenance and replacement costs due to the decrease in load on the existing systems.
