SEIL manufactures Reflective Cool Paints a product certified by the “Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC),” USA and now exported to Africa, Mexico, Colombia, and Bangladesh from India. The paint has been approved and used in the Million Cool Roofs Challenge by the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program (K-CEP).

Heat Reflective Paints and Coatings
The product is a Heat Reflective Paint under the brand Name "MS-Thermashield". The paint is certified by Cool Roof Rating Council (USA) for solar reflectance. The coating reflects up to 90% of incoming heat radiation falling on the surface, thus reducing the surface temperature by 10-12 degrees Celsius and lowering indoor temperatures in Houses or any enclosed spaces by 7-8 degrees Celsius. The product is an environmentally friendly premium latex paint that contains a minimum of 50% post-consumer materials, and the company’s proprietary ACV Microspheres.
