- In a retrospective analysis:
- Aidoc reported 92.7% overall accuracy
- Aidoc found 4 cases that were missed by the radiologists
- 100% of the alerts Aidoc generated were reviewed by the Grupo Fleury radiologists
- 100% of the participating radiologists reported positive experience with the system
- Aidoc and Grupo Fleury have entered in a commercial partnership to scale the solution
Lessons Learned
Aidoc learned the importance of laying out clear APIs from the beginning in order to properly illustrate the technology’s impact and success. By laying out the KPIs during the kickoff, Aidoc/Grupo Fleury were able to conduct interim reviews and discuss practical considerations such as the radiologists’ workflow, to identify the most relevant metrics.
